Festival Programme

Forbearer of pop art, pioneer of camp culture: Kenneth Anger, 85 years old, is the last survivor of the early American avant-garde film. With its Kenneth Anger retrospective, Videonale opens a film series which explores the links and interfaces between film and video art. In Bonn Kenneth Anger will present his own works from the ”Magick Lantern Cycle” as well as a series of works seldom shown.
